Went for late lunch/early dinner and everything was perfect! The weather, the food, the service. Even though our server had 9 tables, we never felt rushed or forgotten.
Service staff are super friendly, open air seating is divine. Burgers are the best on island in my opinion. Atmosphere is super cool and the store to buy cool merch is a must!
I was all by myself and Waikiki and wanted to eat so bad. I was able to go right into hard Rock Cafe and get a table right away. Great food great service. The whole atmosphere was amazing. It was right on the strip, and there was so many different places to choose from to eat, but I always wanted to eat it. Hard rock Cafe. And it was worth it. I definitely recommend people going because it had just a great atmosphere, the servers were so amazing. The food was excellent and so much good things to choose from. I just loved the whole layout of the whole restaurant. I really got into it, was by myself. I always have the most fun by myself. But made friends easily at the next table and ended up hanging out with them the rest of the night. I had the cowboy ribeye for dinner and it was amazing. I do not drink but since I was in Hawaii I had a few umbrella type cocktails, and I ordered the hurricane with my dinner which was amazing. It was so good. I probably could have drank five more of them but since I'm a lightweight I did not. I even had dessert, I shared it with my new friends at the next table and we ate the homemade apple cobbler, it was amazing. I was definitely surprised actually by the prices. I was expecting it to be so much more expensive than it was and it wasn't. So for dinner a drink and dessert I paid under $50. Which in my opinion is amazing. Definitely left a great tip because the service was amazing. I know I'm using the word amazing so much but it's the first word that comes to mind. I think the most memorable part of my visit is the fact that I was able to go in alone and make friends with the next table and end up hanging out with them for the rest of the night. Food was great! Our server Reed was awesome! We came here around noon on a week day and there was only about 6 families here when we went. We were able to grab a table by the balcony/open air area. The portions were huge, the prices were reasonable for what you got. The atmosphere was great and they kept the place clean.
We brought our high school boys from Christian Brothers Academy of Albany New York to perform out front of the Hard Rock Cafe and then headed inside for dinner afterward. From start to finish, the staff handled our 32-person group incredibly well. Everything was organized, smooth, and impressively efficient for a group our size. The food was good, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere—both inside and out—made the whole experience even better. It’s not easy coordinating a large school group, but Hard Rock Cafe pulled it off with professionalism and a great vibe. Highly recommend for group outings or anyone looking for a fun, well-run dining experience.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Service was fast and friendly. Food was also very good and you get a 20% discount in the store if you eat at the restaurant. The Spicy smashed burger was really good.
The service was amazing. The food was delicious. We got seated right away, the server brought water and asked for food allergies. Once we ordered food, it seemed to come quickly. The server brought the sauce after because he wanted to confirm it was safe for our allergies. I recommend coming here. We got the legendary burger and grilled chicken sandwich.
LoveJack on the cello was live and direct upfront and personal. Was half full and service was little slow but the food was great. After trying all kinds of local foods coming back to reality briefly was good for dinner. Ordered a Margherita flatbread, Messy Chicken sandwich and twisted chicken noodles needed salt.
The food, staff, and atmosphere were wonderful. Our server was great, quickly making the kids laugh while they ordered and behaved well. The live performances by the singers were a delightful treat. The only downside is that someone comes to take pictures of your table, but the prices are way too high. Also, what happens to the pictures we don’t purchase?
I’ve visited many other locations, but none compare to the Waikiki beach location. They have a charming little shop for guests, and I was seated and greeted immediately. Our server was bright, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She maintained a lively conversation and excellent service throughout the night, even while managing multiple tables. She cleared our courses promptly without rushing us to the bill. The food was beautifully plated, and the steak was of high quality. The champagne was a delightful addition. The staff’s synergy and teamwork were evident, making the dining experience truly exceptional!!!
